Gluten Free at
Great Wolf Lodge

This is a great place for kids and mine love it. We go once or twice a year. There isn't a ton of options for gluten free here. The main restaurant with the best options is Lodge Wood Fired Grill which is at most locations (not all locations). They do not have gluten free options listed on the menu. However, we spoke with the chef and they are more than happy to go out of their way to accommodate. I felt safe with my daughter eating there.

Gluten-free menu options and kitchen practices may and can change daily. Always check with the restaurant staff before consuming any gluten-free food that is served to you. Below is a list of restaurants that are highly rated for their efforts to avoid cross-contamination and menu options. Please note that these restaurants DO NOT have dedicated gluten-free kitchens.

Loose Moose Buffet (at most GWL locations)

Buffet options are not labaled gluten free. However, the staff and chef will usually make a gluten free alternative in the kitchen that is allergy friendly

What we do:

BREAKFAST: We usually bring her box of cereal and bring it to the buffet in the morning. She will eat the cereal while we eat the food from the buffet. We have also asked the chef to cook some scrambled eggs in the kitchen and they were more than happy to accommodate.
SNACKS: We plan out and bring all of her snacks ahead of time. We use the mini fridge to store perishable items such as string cheese & milk.
LUNCH: We either leave the hotel or doordash from a reputable chain restaurant nearby such as CPK or PF Changs.
DINNER: We usually eat all dinners at the Lodge Wood Fired Grill and make sure to explain the situation to the chef and they will let us know the gluten free options. Most Lodge Wood Fired Grill have dedicated fryers and amazing french fries!!
